Frequently Asked Questions

Serenity Lodge is a luxury home located in Tahoe Donner in the Truckee Community.  Our home comfortably offers room enough for 2 or 3 families, and can sleep up to 20 people.  

The home sits on a level lot backing to the fairway. In the winter, the entire family can snow shoe out the back door or build snowmen and have a huge snowball fight.

The Garage acts a secondary gaming area with its warm colors and luxury floor. Play ping pong, watch a football game, play Xbox and more.

Upstairs is a large bonus family room, equipped with a full bar, TV, and lots of space to enjoy a movie, or have a great getaway place for the teens.

There is a game room upstairs boasting Ms. Pacman, a Foosball Table and fully stocked with every board game and puzzles imaginable.

The Kitchen is fully stocked and labeled. No matter what you desire to cook, the kitchen is stocked with every tool, appliance, utinsil and serving or baking dish.

There is one Primary Suite downstairs with deck access and a Spa like bathroom with double vanity sinks, walk-in shower and bath tub. There is a very large closet fully stocked with linens, a baby bed and a full length mirror.

A Comfortable living room downstairs with a gorgeous fireplace insert and mantle and a large Smart TV.

A Fully stocked Kitchen with Coffee Bar, Microwave, and higher end appliances. A large Bar that seats an additional 4 chairs.

A large dining room table with leafs at each end to accommodate 16 people.

Downstairs Guest Bathroom.

An upstairs Office with Blue Tooth Printer, and large Screen to plug your laptop into.

A loft area with Game room including Foosball, Pacman and board games.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms:  The first bedroom has 2 oversized Twin Beds a closet and TV.  There is a loft bedroom above it accommodating another Queen bed for additional sleeping.  The ladder leading to the loft has been secured by bolts.

The next bedroom is a King Bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom and is outfitted with a large TV.

There is a fully equipped laundry room, equipped with detergent, a sink, and towel racks.

There a is second family room upstairs with large cozy couches, a large TV, a fully stocked bar, and room on the coffee table for board games.

Off of the living space is the 4th bedroom, which offers a Twin Bed, a King Bed, TV and a built-in dresser.  

**NOTE:  Each bedroom includes a set of dressers. 

Tahoe Donner Ski Hill: A six minute drive at 2.4 miles from the home

Boreal Ridge: A 16 minute drive and 11.4 miles from the home

Squaw Valley:  A 22 minute drive and 14.4 miles from the home

Alpine Meadows:  A 27 minute drive and 17.7 miles from the home

Northstar-At-Tahoe:  A 20 minute drive and 12.5 miles from the home
